The BWA Contemporary Art Gallery is situated at the very centre of the city of Katowice.
Public transport:
Walking distance from tram stops: Katowice Rondo (the number 6, 7, 11, 13, 16, 19 and 23 trams) or Katowice Rynek (the number 6, 7, 11, 13, 16, 19, 23, 33 and 41 trams) to the gallery is around few minutes.
Walking distance from the main railway station to the gallery is around 10 minutes. Go right along Święty Jan towards the Wyspiański Theatre (ca. 200 m) and the Market Place, from now on following the Korfantego Alley. After next 300 m you will see the gallery building with the characteristic relief on the facade.
