You can also join our next workshop to learn slip casting ceramics. Earthenware, porcelite and porcelain slip, which are normally used in factories, will be employed to make unique objects.
We can take advantage of cast forms to produce interesting and functional household items, as well as ornamental ceramics. We will also play with coloured slips to achieve spectacular effects.
The sessions will be accompanied by a photo projection show on the manufacturing process, and by samples of works using this technique.

The sessions will be run by Hanna Kłapcia, a young artist, graduate from the Faculty of Ceramics and Arts at the Eugeniusz Geppert Academy of Art and Design in Wrocław, who works in functional and decorative ceramics.
