Jerzy Kałucki's creative attainments feature prominently in the history of 20th-century polish art. He has contributed individual and innovative values to it. Located in the scientifically oriented trend of artistic research, his oeuvre is not easy to respond to because, like any high art, it is elitist.
The goal of this book is to present and document the artist's achievement in order to underline and establish his position and, through an in-depth discussion of his art, facilitate its reception.
