Our workshop focuses on the fundamental aspects of bodily development. In our time together, you will learn how to control your body, voice and breathing, as well as allow movement and dance to trigger your imagination and expression. We will introduce you to the magical world of theatre, dance and singing. You will discover that your body has unusual abilities, which can come in useful in everyday life too. As we will explore universal subjects, our workshop is open not only to people who are actively involved in theatre, but also to those who would simply like to give it a try.
Each class revolves around a different topic, so there is a continuous enrolment programme — you can even join us in the middle of the cycle or only come to those meetings that are of interest to you.
