In this workshop, we will look at selected monuments in Katowice and try to find possible reinterpretations of their function and meaning. Equipped with artistic tools, we will set out on walks to visit the city’s most famous monuments, but from an unusual and abstract perspective — we will be looking for animal shapes. Our task will be to redesign them all. We will then collectively think about how our newly designed forms and shapes could possibly affect the surroundings and passers-by.
