The Tale of the ‘Stinky Slog’ Coal Miner and the Warder
Jak górnik Śmierdzirobotka ze Skarbnikiem się spotkał (The Tale of the ‘Stinky Slog’ Coal Miner and the Warder) is a cabaret-style performance, with rock music involved, aimed at families with children aged 3 to 10. The theatre group ‘Lufcik na korbkę’ specialises in performances based on legends from the Silesian region, which they intersperse with motives from pop culture and traditional tales. Their productions include various story-telling devices in use, live music and interaction with the audience, which makes them highly entertaining to watch.
It is also worth mentioning that the show has a didactic intent behind it, as it deals with the theme of helping others and a person's responsibility for carrying out one's duties.
