regulations of 26th Biennial of Polish Poster in Katowice
We are pleased to announce the call for entries for the 26th edition of the Biennial of the Polish Poster. Please find below a downloadable version of the Terms and Conditions.
The Qualification Committee will select entries to be presented at the Biennial and the prizes will be decided by a panel of judges appointed by the organisers.
The Jury will award the authors of the most outstanding works with the following official prizes:
- Grand Prix from the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage of the Republic of Poland,
- Gold Medal from the Marshal of the Silesian Voivodeship,
- Silver Medal from the President of Katowice,
- Brown Medal from the President of Katowice,
- honorary mentions and sponsored prizes.
The Jury will announce their verdict and hand the awards during the opening ceremony for the exhibition of the 26th Biennial of the Polish Poster, which will be held in December 2019.
After the Qualifying Committee decides on a shortlist of submissions to be presented during the exhibition, the list of selected entries will be revealed on the BWA Gallery's website. Authors of awarded works will be notified by mail.
